As many of you J.R.R. Tolkien fans already know, today is March 25th aka Tolkien Reading Day! Established by the Tolkien Society in 2003, this day is aimed toward encouraging reading the works of Tolkien and the use of his works in education and library groups. Fun fact: the date of March 25th was chosen to honor the fall of Sauron in The Lord of the Rings (but you, being an avid LOTR fan, already knew that, didn’t you?).
